What is your favorite part about being a real estate agent?

Sharing the excitement of finding a client their future home.


What is a goal that you have for yourself for the next year of your career? What do you want to work on the most and why?

To become more effective as a real estate professional. I'll be working on personal growth and learning. Growth and learning are important all through life.


What kind of coaching programs and seminars have you taken over the years and what is your favorite topic? 

Brian Buffini's  100 Days to Greatness. My favourite topic is the psychology involved in the industry. Learning to understand the client's needs.


What do you look forward to in bringing a Keller Williams to the Winnipeg market?

I'm very excited about bringing Keller Williams to Winnipeg as it brings a higher level of service under one roof.  It also brings a higher level of training and change in how a brokerage functions.


Charity and volunteer work is a big part of our philosophy. What kind of volunteer work have you done in the past and how did it make you feel? 

I've volunteered in sport coaching with children and the amazing feeling of watching a young person attaining their goal is incredible. As far as charity work I helped in fund raising for breast Cancer, an illness that has touched my family and friends. Knowing that you have helped even in a small way brings hope.


So, when you have some time to yourself what do you like to do? 

Spending time with my family is at the top of the list. Spending time at the cottage, fishing and cycling. I love to paint in both acrylics and oils.
